We all have something in common here.. A love for cats (I hope.. minus the bots). Some of us are saying goodbye to a pet that is family, some are seeking advice, some just want a way to connect.. upon many other reasons for posting.Can't we just be kind toward each other and share our pets without belittling others?I'm not claiming innocence as I have myself razzed some of those name my cat people, but I don't know.. Can we be more supportive and respectful here? I might get downvoted for this or it will fall into the void.. I'm going to say this anyway.. While I understand the endless "name my cat" posts are annoying, belittling people who are genuinely struggling with loss or are anxious about caring for their new cat is not necessary and frankly unkind.
